Due to the confidential nature of my work at ubank, I can’t show you any case studies on here, but here is a quick snapshot of the work I was involved in:

Redesigning the way you send money

Lead the redesign of one of the most used and high touch functionalities of the app - transferring and paying someone with a 90% CSAT score after shipping.

The ubank payment screen: a $250.00 amount, the accounts it moves between, and when it repeats

Feel confident that you’re sending money to the right person

Lead the design of Confirmation of Payee across their mobile app and web banking platform - a security feature that checks the validity of a BSB/account before the payment is made, so customers can feel confident that they are sending money to the right person.

A ubank confirmation of payee screen, telling the customer the account is in the name of Mitchell Smith

Feel confident that you’ve sent money to the right person

Lead the design of a payment receipt, so customers can feel confident that they’ve sent money to the right person.

A ubank payment receipt: $50.00 sent to Adita Singh, with the account, time, receipt number and description

and more…

Introduced a number of smaller but highly requested features: redesigning the user flow for scheduled payments, improved in app experiences to increase the number engaged users returning to the app with timely push notifications coupled with fun celebrations / interactions
